Golden Sugar Company Limited is recruiting to fill the vacant position of:

Job Title: Laboratory Shift Analyst

The Job

• Analyze all refinery samples (in-process/finished) to ensure that parameters/values obtained are within specification
• Carry out check-analysis
• Generate reliable analytical results that can be used to optimize plant/factory operations

Qualification

• Credit in Mathematics and English Language in WASCE/GCE, BSC/HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Science Laboratory Technology, Food Technology/Food Science or any related disciplines.

The Person

• Must be familiar with, and can handle basic laboratory equipment/apparatus
• Must be computer literate for effective report writing
• Must possess basic knowledge of industrial safety
• Must be physically fit, agile and healthy.
• Must be able and willing to work shift

Experience

• Must have at least three years practical laboratory experience.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental practices
