The Honourable Minister of Education, Prof. (Mrs.) Raqayyatu Ahmed Rufai hereby invites applicants from qualified Nigerian students in Nigerian public tertiary institutions to participate in the 2012/2013 selection interviews for scholarship awards tenable in Nigeria tertiary institutions.

Eligibility

1.) Undergraduate, HND & NCE Scholarship
All applicants should be registered full–time students in their second year or above in recognized Federal and State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics and Colleges of Education. They should also obtain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.0 on a 5 point scale, or its equivalent in the previous academic year’s examinations.

2.) Postgraduate Scholarship
Applicants must be registered full–time students of recognized Federal and State owned universities and must have a minimum of second class Honors (upper division) in 1st degrees.

General Information
Duly completed application forms should be submitted at the various interview centers. Completed application forms should be accompanied with

• Photocopies of: Letter of admission to the institution, Current Course Registration Form and Student Identity Card
• Two passport –size photographs with name fully written at the back

• At least three (3) years experience in all areas of local, wide and metropolitan area network management and engineering including system configuration, setup, trouble’shooting, planning, designing, implementation, user support and troubleshooting a heterogeneous network are required. Industrial Training Fund (ITF) was established in 1971, the Industrial Training Fund has operated consistently and painstakingly within the context of its enabling laws Decree 47 of 1971as Amended in the 2011 ITF ACT. The objective for which the Fund was established has been pursued vigorously and efficaciously.
